Friday, we are traveling to the Discovery Park of America. Parents, please note that all scholars will need to be at school by 6:50 am. We are departing promptly at 7:15 am. Breakfast will be served to all scholars. Parents, please note that it is not an option for scholars to ride with their parents in the event of missing the bus. Also, permission slips were sent home today. Please fill them out and return them back to school Thursday. Scholars will not be permitted to attend the field trip without a signed permission slip. Lastly, please encourage your scholar to be on their best behavior over the next couple of days as poor conduct will prohibit your scholar from attending the field trip. Should you have questions please let us know.
Thank you,

Amendment to Elementary Attendance Policy Effective Immediately Effective immediately, all elementary scholars must arrive at school early enough to enter their classroom by 9:00 AM. If scholars are not received by their teacher at 9:00 AM, they will be marked tardy. Arriving at the school’s entrance at 9:00 AM will result in a tardy mark. |
Elementary Attendance Policy Parents, we appreciate advance notice of early dismissal; however, please let us know when you arrive on campus for your scholar to be called to the front office. Scholars will not pack up and leave class prior to your arrival. As a reminder, the cut-off time for early dismissal is 3:30 PM. If you have not arrived on campus and contacted the office by 3:30 PM, your scholar will not be dismissed early. Also, note that five unexcused absences/tardies equal one unexcused absence. Thank you for adhering to our policy. |
Carline Reminders As a reminder, please keep your window lowered while in the carline during dismissal so that we may easily and quickly identify you. As a reminder, we ask that you move into a parking space to buckle your scholar in so we can move expeditiously. Parents are asked not to go around other vehicles in the car line for safety reasons. We ask that you patiently wait for the vehicle ahead of you to pull off before the next vehicle moves. |
