Fall Festival 2022
Our annual fall festival is quickly approaching. On Friday, October 21st, scholars will participate in a fun-filled day of harvest activities. Scholars will enjoy fun games, activities, a pony carousel, face painting, bounce houses, a festive lunch, and so much more. In addition, scholars may wear fall colors.
We are excited about this year’s festival and celebrating this wonderful harvest season! The cost is $20 per scholar, and parents may purchase tickets using the link below. The deadline to pay is Tuesday, October 11th, at noon. After the 11th, tickets will increase to $25 per scholar. The absolute last day to purchase a ticket is October 17th, at noon. Please note that misbehavior and misconduct may prohibit your scholar from participating in any school events, regardless of payment.
Parents, if you’d like to volunteer for our Fall Fest, please use the signup sheet below! Volunteers are expected to serve from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM. We appreciate you!

The event codes will be shared each Monday via email! Download the Double Good app and enter the code below to set up your store. |

Parent-Teacher Conferences |
Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for the following days:
|
Conferences are required for all scholars in Junior K – 3rd Grade. Please see the link below to schedule a conference. You only need to sign up once if you have more than one scholar in elementary. |
Amendment to Elementary Attendance Policy Effective Immediately Effective immediately, all elementary scholars must arrive at school early enough to enter their classroom by 9:00 AM. If scholars are not received by their teacher at 9:00 AM, they will be marked tardy. Arriving at the school’s entrance at 9:00 AM will result in a tardy mark. |
Elementary Attendance Policy Parents, we appreciate advance notice of early dismissal; however, please let us know when you arrive on campus for your scholar to be called to the front office. Scholars will not pack up and leave class prior to your arrival. As a reminder, the cut-off time for early dismissal is 3:30 PM. If you have not arrived on campus and contacted the office by 3:30 PM, your scholar will not be dismissed early. Also, note that five unexcused absences/tardies equal one unexcused absence. Thank you for adhering to our policy. |
Carline Reminders As a reminder, please keep your window lowered while in the carline during dismissal so that we may easily and quickly identify you. As a reminder, we ask that you move into a parking space to buckle your scholar in so we can move expeditiously. Parents are asked not to go around other vehicles in the car line for safety reasons. We ask that you patiently wait for the vehicle ahead of you to pull off before the next vehicle moves. |
