Request a tour by calling the front office or sending your inquiry to support@bol.acadmey. During the tour, you will learn about the history of our program, and learn more about our curriculum and standards. This is the perfect time to ask questions and learn more about our school. Upon arrival, you will complete an information card and receive more info about availability and our waitlist.
All students applying for grades (K3-4th) must take the admissions test. The admissions test may be scheduled online after speaking with the front office.
The enrollment application links for preschool and elementary are below. All fields should be answered on the application. You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your application. If you do not receive this email, we did not receive your payment. A yearly non-refundable $50 Application Fee is required for all students.
This fee covers all costs associated with processing the student’s application. This fee does not secure the student’s space. Only the payment of the enrollment fee secures your child’s space.
*All fields in the enrollment application must be filled. If an answer is unknown, please type “N/A”.
Upon reaching this step, students may enroll immediately after paying the non-refundable enrollment fee if space is available in their age group, or they will be placed on a wait list for the first available opening. Students may also choose to set a start date for the beginning of a summer term or the beginning of the following school term. After submitting your application, a member of our accounting team will create a ‘SmartCare’ profile for you and your child. SmartCare is our childcare management software. SmartCare will send you an email invitation to join the SmartCare app and this is where you will secure your child’s space by paying the enrollment fee.
* A $25.00 late fee applies to tuition paid after the 15th of each month.
* I understand that because yearly tuition is a flat rate that may be divided monthly as a courtesy, I am still responsible for the full tuition amount, regardless of any COVID-19 related matters.
The Enrollment Fee is due when submitting the application. The enrollment fee includes Registration, Work Books, FSO membership, Harvest Festival, May Day, The Technology Fee, Let’s Find Out Magazine, Agenda Book, Spirit Shirt, Graduation Fee (Sr. Kindergarten), Coverlet Rental Fee (Jr. Kindergarten), and Standardized Testing Material (Sr. Kindergarten – 3rd Grade).
The yearly tuition is a flat rate that may be divided into monthly payments. Regardless of attendance, tuition is due. A 5% discount will be added to the tuition fee if paid in full a week before the school term begins. For those following a monthly tuition plan, the first tuition payment is due on Friday, July 1st, 2023. A $25.00 late fee applies to tuition paid after the 15th of each month.
All fees, including the following, Enrollment, Tuition, Technology, Books, Coverlet Rental Fee, Spirit Shirt, Late Fees, Late Pick-up Fees, and Graduation Fees are non-refundable
